Returns are accepted within 30 days, and if you need more time, just reach out. Repairs, Replacements and Sharpening always free. We want you to have the best possible knife. If it isn't ours, we understand and we'll even help you find the right one. Our founder tested over 50 knives before designing the Cardinal and would love to help you find your perfect match.

How long does it take to have my knives sharpened?
As soon as your request comes in, we ship your replacement blade. It arrives with pre-made packaging so you can easily mail your old blade back for recycling.
How often should I sharpen my knives?
With proper use and care, your knife edge can stay sharp for years. But the moment it starts dragging instead of gliding, we recommend requesting a refresh. Your knife comes with a Forever Sharp Guarantee, so we suggest sending it in for a refresh about once a year. It's free, so you might as well keep things sharp, and if you want to use it more often, you can.
