Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume times (launches, holidays, or limited releases), processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer standard ground shipping via trusted carriers. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s delayed beyond the expected window, contact us at hello@solecookware.com. We’ll help resolve it as best we can.
Preorders & Backorders
For preordered items, estimated ship dates are included in the product description and order confirmation. You’ll receive updates as we move through production and fulfillment, and a tracking number once your item ships.
